    According to news site NVdaily.com, Tracy Lee Wise, 38, of Shanks, W. Va. died at the scene as the result of injuries sustained in the crash, according to State Police Sgt. F.L. Tyler, Wise was driving a 2004 Ford F-250 westbound when he apparently crossed the center line and crashed into an eastbound 1998 GMC truck driven by Thomas G. Swisher, 60, of Gore. Swisher was taken to Winchester Medical Center for treatment.
