Reported by The Daily News Record; Eddie E. Hammer, 59, was riding his motorcycle Saturday when he verred off the right side of the road and struck a post, according to Virginia State Police.  It was unclear what his condition was as of Monday.  Alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash, it is unclear if charges will be filed.
