Rocky Gap, Virginia|South Gap, Va.|Bland County, Va.|Tractor Trailer|Lawyer

Reported by the Bluefield Daily Telegraph ; According to Virginia State Police, a single vehicle tractor trailer accident occurred around 8:50 am Wednesday morning. The tractor trailer, which was carrying bread, traveled 50 feet over a guardrail into an embackment where it landed in a creek and caught fire. The driver , a 65-year-old man from North Carolina, was transported to Bluefield Regional Medical Center with minor injuries. The Virginia State Police is handling the investigation into the nature of the acciddent.

From the office of Lawrence Land; there could be several causes for this accident, but one of the main causes of trackor trailer accidents is driving while drowsy. Long travel times and boredom are a common factor.  I have been helping people with their personal injury claims for 35 years. I strongly feel that it is important to talk to a personal injury lawyer immediately to level the playing field when dealing with insurance companies.
