Today at 10 a.m. a young man was hit by a car, while riding his bicycle through the intersection of Independence and Pembroke Boulevard, according to PilotOnline.com. The man was taken to the hospital for injuries. There is no futher news at this time as to what caused the accident. I hope that the bicyclist is not to severely hurt and will be able to have a speedy recovery.
