Virginia Beach Man Hurt by Forklift

Our client was a truck driver for a shipping company that had a shipment to a Honda dealership in West Virginia. The Honda dealership had an unauthorized person operating a forklift to help our client unload the truck. Our client asked the forklift driver to move forward to pick up a motorcycle that he had lifted with a chain, but instead the forklift driver went backwards.
