According to the Fredericksburg.com news site, Stafford Sheriff's Maj. David Decatur said the incident occurred about 6:48pm in a parking lot near Earl's True Value in southern Stafford. Decatur said the suspect has a Florida address. Another man who witnessed the initial altercation broke it up and told the woman to leave. Both women got into their cars, and the suspect turned her 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier around and drove head-on into the victims 2001 Toyota sedan.
