Felony Charges Dropped in James River Boat Crash

As reported by the Richmond Times Dispatch, Monday the Commonwealth's Attorney asked that the two charges be dropped against Christopher A. Parker, 32, after the people injured in the crash say they have fully recovered. Parker still faces an August 11 trial on a misdemeanor charge of operating a boat while under the influence.
