Boyce, 20, will remain at the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center after making his first appearance-via video from the jail, in Frederick County District Court.Boyce is charged with one count of aggravated involuntary manaslaughter, DUI (first offense) and underage possession of alcohol. Accordin to police, Boyce was drivingnorth on Martinsburg Pike at 11am when he rear ended a vehicle that was stopped at a red light.
