Update: After further investigation of the school bus accident that injured 9 the police charged Josette A. Winfield, the driver of the van, with reckless driving, according to the Virginian Pilot. Winfield hit the bus head on after falling asleep at the wheel. The bus driver, Ms. Winfield, and eight students were transported to Sentara Obici Hospital for minor injuries after the crash.
