    Accident with the Tide | Norfolk, Va

    On Tuesday afternoon a van collided with the Norfolk Tide, according to Wavy.com. There were luckily no passengers on the train at the time of the accident, but the driver of the van was taken to the hospital for supposed back pain. The city of Norfolk and HRT are working on what more needs to be done at this intersection to keep citizens safe.
