Reported by WRIC Richmond News; A Virginia State Police spokeswoman says the chain reaction accident occurred Sunday in the northbound lanes in Augusta County.
Police say a woman from Florida who was a passenger in one vehicle died from injuries suffered in the accident. The victims husband was driving the vehicle. He and two other people were taken to a local hospital. Their injuries were't life-threatening.
