Roger Lee Cave was southbound in a Honda Civic on Rt. 231 when he ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree, according to Virgina State Police Culpeper Division.
His two passengers were transported to the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. The front seat passenger of Madison and Cave were ejected from the vehicle. There was another passenger in the back seat.
"Seatbelts were not being used and alcohol consumption is unknown at this time. The accident is still under investigation, said police.
