    Chesapeake Police - Broken Bumper Leads to Hit-and-Run Suspect

    Rhene Carranza, 52, faces felony DUI and hit-and-run charges in connection with the wreck, which took place at the intersection of Indian River and Sparrow roads, police spokeswoman Kelly O'Sullivan said.

    O'Sullivan said police who responded to the scene were ablt to trace the driver's tag back to Carranza's home address, where he was arrested.

    No one was injured in the accident.
