At about 1:40pm June 29th, police, EMS and Chesterfield County Animal Control were called to a residence in Chester for a report of a male infant who had been bitten by a dog. The child, you was related to the dog's owner , was transported to Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center in Richmond and later died.
