    Concord, Va. - Hay Fire Snarls Traffic

    Southbound travel north of Exit 16 was shut down for about an hour and a half as fire crews worked to extinguish the blaze.

    Timothy Rie, 51, of Epsom was driving the Ford pickup truck hauling the trailer, officials said. He pulled into the breakdown lane after the fire began. While traffic on both sides of I-93 faced major delays, no injuries were reported. No charges have been filed, and the incident remains under investigation.
