Crash claims a life in Virginia Beach

At the 5100 block of Virginia Beach Boulevard Adrian Black, Jr, a Norfolk resident, lost control of his Nissan Altima and hit a utility pole, according to Wavy TV 10. There were four passengers in the car, including the driver. Antoine Fulford and the other female passenger in the back were ejected from the vehicle, since neither was wearing their seatbelts. Antoine Fulford died at the scene of the accident, while the female was taken to the hospital for severe injuries. The driver and the other front passenger were taken to the hospital for minimal injuries. Adrian Balck, Jr. was charged with a DUI and involuntary manslaughter. He is now being held in jail without bond.
