The man involved in two traffic accidents Wednesday on Franklin Turnpike faces a slew of charges in connection with the wrecks and had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit for driving, authorities said.
Ethan Aubrey Bliss, 19, of 545 Afton Road, Danville, is being held in Pittsylvania County Jail without bond and is scheduled to be arraigned in Pittsylvania County General District Court this morning.
The charges against Bliss include hit and run, driving under the influence, possession of alcohol while under 21, reckless driving, maiming another while DUI (which is felony DUI in Virginia), two seat belt violations and having no liability insurance. Continue reading; www2.godanriver.com
