William Tyler Cowherd, 45, of Annandale, died from injuries he suffered in the collision. He was Prince William County's Chief Property Code Enforcement Inspector. The two Harley Davidsin motorcycles, operated by Cowherd and a 50-year-old Manassas man, were traveling east on Braddock Rd. when a Lexis driven by a 63-year-old woman from Maryland traveling west, attempted a left turn in front of the motorcycles.
