Fatal Bus Crash|Caroline County Virginia

As reported by the Richmond Times-Dispatch, A Caroline County judge refused to set bail Wednesday for the driver in the fatal bus crash on Interstate 95 after expressing discomfort with the defendant's repeated use of false address. Court papers say Cheung fell asleep at the wheel May 31 while driving from Greensboro, N.C.. to New York.  He ran off I-95 about 30 miles north of Richmond and flipped upside down, killing four women and injuring dozens of others.  Cheung's next court appearance is for arraignment on July 6.
