Frederick, Virginia | Two-Vehicle Accident - Sends 2 to WMC

According to Frederick County Sheriff's Deputy Z.R. Fanaro, a 1992 Toyota truck was traveling north on Back Mountain while a 2012 Jeep was headed south.
The driver of the Toyota, Winchester resident Christopher Layton, 29, attempted to turn left onto Rosenberger, crossing in front of the Jeep, which was being driven by fellow city resident Percy Astete, 42.
Witnesses on the scene described the accident.
