On June 21st at 4:45 a.m. Caroline County woman was hit by an SUV on her way to work, according to Fredericksburg.com. The woman was half way in the crosswalk when the woman driving the SUV hit her. The woman has just been released from Mary Washington Hospital to a rehabilitation center in D.C. to help recover from her severe brain injury.
