www.gazettevirginian.com; A 30-year-old South Boston man was charged with following too close after a two-vehicle accident occurred Thursday. Michael Leon Jefferson of Love Shop Park Rd. was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe when he struck the rear of a Chevrolet Beretta driven by 37-year-old Kevin L. Gosier of Simai Rd. that had stopped in traffic
to make a left turn. The impact of the crash knocked Gosier's Beretta into a post.
Jefferson was not injured, and Gosier was injured and transported to Halifax Regional Hospital.
