Hampton Man Kills Girl in Crash

On Thursday January 27, 2011 Naquan Black was charged with DUI-related manslaughter, according to police and the Virginian Pilot. On November 25, 2010, while driving drunk, he lost control of his vehicle and ran into a tree. One of his passengers was a 19-year-old girl, which died due to the accident. The accident happened on Briarfield Road in Hampton.
