Henrico County, Virginia | Driver Killed in I-295 Crash

A preliminary investigation found that the driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, may have fallen asleep at the wheel of the Nissan Altima, state police said.
The driver, who was not immediately identified pending notification of family, was pronounced dead at the scene near I-895 about 3:30 a.m.
Police said their investigation is continuing.
