    Passenger Valery Shindyapina, 53, of Harrisonburg, was ejected when the van he was riding in ran off the left side of the road into the median, struck an embackment and overturned at about 8:30am, said State Police.  He and another passenger, Mariya Dyuryagaina, 20, of Spokane, Wash., were flown by Aircare to Charlottesville.

    Driver Kristina Shindyapina, 22, of Harrisonburg, was cited for reckless driving.  It appeared fatigue was a factor, according to police.
