One Dead One Injured in Chesapeake

On Monday afternoon a car swerved off the road in Chesapeake at the at the 200 block of Ballahack Road, according to Wavy TV 10. The crash left the driver of the car injured and the passenger, an adult male, dead at the scene of the accident.The neighbors in the area heard the crash and ran out to the scene of the accident. When the neighbors got there the male passenger was already dead. The police are still investigating the cause of the accident.

After a further investigation the police have identified the deceased passenger as Vincent Hernandez, a sailor assigned to Ike. The two passengers in the car were trapped when the car overturned.
