    Portsmouth, Va. | Fatality After Motorcycle Flips

    Police said Keith Barrett Cassell Jr., 23, of Galberry Road lost control of a motorcycle about 8:55 p.m. in the 800 block of Crawford Pkwy.

    He was speeding and hit a curb, causing the motorcycle to flip, police said. He was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital, where he died shortly before 10 a.m.

    Two Navy corpsmen in the area assisted police and paramedics at the scene.
