U.S. Route 58 west was closed for part of Monday at the foot of the bypass in the 1500 block of Holland Road because of a four-vehicle accident. One vehicle involved was a tractor-trailer.
The accident was reported shortly after noon. Emergency responders anticipate the road being closed for some time.
