Va. Beach, Va. | Crash With Injuries Backs Up Independence Blvd.

The crash was reported shortly before 9 a.m. and included an SUV and a van, said Grazia Moyers, a police spokeswoman.
The driver of the SUV was taken to a hospital with injuries that weren't believed to be life-threatening. Two people in the van also were believed to have been taken to a hospital with minor injuries.
During the collision, the SUV overturned and was in the northbound lanes, Moyers said.
The details of the crash were not yet clear by 10 a.m.
