A man serving time in jail for killing a couple while driving drunk just settled a wrongful death lawsuit against him and his insurance company, according to the Virginian Pilot. The insurance company involved with the claim was USAA Casualty Insurance Company. The administrator of the Tonking’s estate, Julie Olszewski, received $100,000 for each one of her parents from the insurance company.
