Virginia Beach Va.|Shore Drive|Car-Bike Accident|Two Injuries|Lawrence Land

As reported by Blognetwork news site; A biker was injured after being hit by a vehicle traveling down Shore Dr. in Virginia Beach this weekend. The car was trying to avoid hitting another vehicleon the road when the at-faulllt driver hit the bicyclist.

Shore drive has long been a hazardous route for bicyclists and pedestrians.Virginia Beach lowered the speed limit from 45 mph to 35 mph, in the hope of reducing such accidents. Unhappily this road seems to attract speeding drivers.

Motorist have the responsibility of sharing the road with others.
