    The Winchester Star; State Police believe alcohol was a factor in Sunday's accident. Police said the driver, an unidentified male, was driving a Mazda sedan and was traveling east on Berryville Pike when he apparently lost control of his vehicle and crashed. Trooper Yokiel, who is investigating the crash, charged the driver with DUI.

    Police wouldn't release the name of the driver pending verification with the investigating trooper.
