As reported by the Winchester Star; According to Sgt. F.L. Tyler with the Virginia State Police, 20 -year-old Steven A. Boyce of Winchester was driving a 1985 Chevrolet S-10 truck north on U.S. 11 at 11am when he rear ended a 1994 Jeep Cherokee stopped at a red light at the intersection of interstate 81 northbound exit 317 in Frederick County.
